Please review the following terms carefully. By paying for my service, you signify your agreements to these Terms of Service.I. General Terms
You must be 18 years or older to order a commission. All commissions by default are for personal use and are non-commercial. If you wish to commission me for commercial use please contact me directly by email at [email protected]. You may not use your commission for merch without my permission!II. Commission Guidelines
I am very flexible in what I will draw for commissions so if you are unsure please just ask. The "will not draw section" is non negotiable. Please note that besides what is listed below, I also will not mimic or copy another artist’s work or style.What I Will Draw

Payments are made through PayPal invoice. All commissions must be paid in full and upfront before the commission process is started. If payment is not completed within 10 days of receiving your invoice, your commission slot will be canceled. When your slot is canceled you must resend your commission form.IV. Process
The commissions process is as follows:
❤ Fill out the commission form in it's entirety.
❤ You will receive a confirmation email with a quote based on the details described in your form.
❤ An invoice is sent upon agreement of the quote and must be completed before your commission is started.
❤ In order to give you the best quality illustration, I will send you a sketch in which you can provide feedback on and make alterations.
❤ Progress images may be sent during the duration of your commission to ensure the illustration is going in the right direction.
❤ Once the artwork is complete, you will be sent, via email, the illustration along with all of its "included" pieces.V. Pricing/Additional Fees
Prices are subject to change at any point. Your commissions price is based on a quote determined by the complexity of your order. Listed prices are base prices, meaning your commission quote may have additional fees. Additional fees may be charged for any of the following:NSFW and Nudity
Any commission order with an 18+ theme will come with an additional charge. This includes nudity and sexual content. Lewd or otherwise suggestive themes are not included.Groups of 3
For any commissions of three or more characters, including very large companions, an additional fee of 75% will be added.Complex Designs
Intricate armor, extravagant lace, clutter etc are all subject to additional fees.Background/Scenes
Additional fees depend on complexity.Private Use
If you would like to keep your commission private, you will have to pay a 50% privacy fee.Commerical Use
All commissions by default are quoted for non-commercial use. If you wish to commission something for commercial use you will be required to pay a flat 300% selling fee of original quoted price. If you wish to collaborate on a royalty basis we must discuss an agreement. With commercial rights you are allowed to make/produce merch, use the art in a book, on covers, as props etc. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.VI. Customer Satisfaction
I will make sure to do everything that I can to ensure my client is absolutely satisfied with their commission.Large edits must be made during the sketch process. Once the piece is lined and colored the only additional edits allowed are smaller coloring/marking mistakes. Outfit changes, additional versions, background additions or changes may be edited with an additional fee and may take more time.VII. Copyright/Usage Policy
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself within any place or site.
Publish books with.
Display anywhere to my liking.
Post wherever I want.The commissioner is allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, unless agreed upon otherwise.
Print the art, and claim rights to their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (Using the artwork for profit).
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent.VII. Canceling/Refunding Policy
In such cases where I cancel your commission slot, you will be entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be made through PayPal.A partial or full refund will NOT be considered in the rare case that a customer is not 100% satisfied. There is no compensation or editing for miscommunication during the sketching, lining and coloring stages, or once artwork has been completed. To help ensure customer satisfaction, the option to request a work in progress image is provided to the customer.VIII. NFT Policy
Reselling my works as NFTs is strictly prohibited. Under no circumstances will I partake in the selling/making of NFTs.
